Gray DI is a strategic analytics platform designed specifically for higher education. It helps institutions make data-informed decisions by combining internal and external data to evaluate academic programs, identify opportunities for growth, and improve resource allocation.
ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is implementing Gray DI to support integrated planning, improve academic program analysis, and strengthen institutional effectiveness. The tool enables more informed decisions by providing access to real-time data on program performance, labor market trends, enrollment patterns, and financial sustainability.
Gray DI is primarily used by academic leadership, program chairs, deans, and administrators involved in strategic planning, academic review, and resource management. Over time, additional users may be trained as the platform becomes more integrated into institutional processes.
Access to is currently available to academic leadership, deans, program chairs, and select administrative users. If you’ve been granted access, you will receive an email with login instructions directly from the Gray DI system. The platform is web-based and does not require any software installation.
The platform includes a blend of internal institutional data (enrollment, credit hours, cost/revenue) and external data (labor market demand, job postings, demographic trends, competitor offerings) to provide a comprehensive view of program performance.
Institutional data is refreshed annually, typically in August, starting with the fall term, followed by spring and summer as those records become available. Market data is updated periodically, based on the release schedules of national data sources.
Data is validated by both Gray Associates, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness, and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s Gray DI Implementation Team before being made available to users.
