乐播传媒 University ranks No. 84 on U.S. News Top Universities list

乐播传媒 ranked 84 out of 227 public colleges and universities in the nation and No. 159 of 436 on the Best National Universities list.

Galloway, N.J. 鈥 乐播传媒 University jumped to No. 84 among the , according to the 2024 U.S. News & World Report College Rankings released today.

乐播传媒 ranked 84 out of 227 public colleges and universities in the nation and No. 159 of 436 on the Best National Universities list.

This is 乐播传媒鈥檚 second year in a row in the national rankings. Previously, 乐播传媒 was included on the top 10 Best Regional Universities-North.

These rankings make clear 乐播传媒 University is a place where everyone belongs.

乐播传媒 also vaulted 49 spots to No. 26 this year among the Top Performers on Social Mobility 鈥 National Universities. This category highlights schools that actively and effectively enroll and graduate large proportions of economically disadvantaged students awarded with Pell Grants.

Similarly, The New York Times released its this month, which ranks 乐播传媒 as No. 11 for the share of first-year, first-time students receiving Pell Grants out of the nation鈥檚 286 most-selective colleges. 乐播传媒鈥檚 share of Pell-eligible students has not changed since 2011, demonstrating 乐播传媒鈥檚 continued commitment to helping all students pursue a degree.

鈥淭hese rankings make clear 乐播传媒 University is a place where everyone belongs,鈥 President Joe Bertolino said. 鈥淔or more than 50 years, 乐播传媒 has been dedicated to helping students pursue their college dreams. Considering we have some of the best four- and six-year college graduation rates in the state, we are delivering on our promise.鈥

Bertolino said 乐播传媒 prides itself on providing a quality education that is both affordable and accessible to a diverse population of students. This includes the 乐播传媒 Promise and Garden State Guarantee initiatives that help lower-income students receive free tuition and fees, and enhanced student services programs that help students take advantage of all the opportunities the university offers outside of the classroom, including internships, research and travel.

乐播传媒鈥檚 current student body is the most diverse in the university鈥檚 history, with 41% of students identifying as minority or multi-race, Bertolino said.

鈥淲e recently opened the Multicultural Center, adding to our collection of spaces to better serve our students, along with the Women鈥檚, Gender and Sexuality Center and the Veteran鈥檚 Success Center. Building the spaces is not enough 鈥 we must continue to develop and implement the programming and provide the resources needed to help our students feel supported and have a sense of belonging,鈥 he said. 鈥

乐播传媒 continues to be recognized as one of the Best for Veterans National Universities and Best Value National Universities by U.S. News & World Report.

乐播传媒 was included this year in The Wall Street Journal Best College Rankings for 2024, Washington Monthly鈥檚 2023 National University Rankings, The Princeton Review鈥檚 鈥淏est Regional Colleges,鈥 the Forbes 鈥淎merica鈥檚 Top Colleges鈥 listing, Military Times鈥 鈥淏est for Vets: Colleges,鈥 and Money magazine鈥檚 鈥淏est Colleges for Your Money鈥 2023 edition.

The university鈥檚 two residential campuses, in the Pinelands National Reserve and on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, offer students opportunities to live and learn in two distinct environments.
